Hotel Rwanda

Watching the movie Hotel Rwanda, based on the true story of hotelier Paul Rusesabagina, who sheltered over 1,200 refugees in the hotel he managed. In doing so, he saved their lives.

The government was under control of Hutu extremists, who slaughtered an estimated 800,000 Tutsi people.

The Hutu extremists elites blamed the Tutsi population for the country’s economic and political problems. The Hutu planned to eliminate the entire Tutsi population.

I can’t help but think about our own division in the US and the extreme measures the democrats are taking to silence the patriots. How do people get to the point where they believe killing an entire group of people will solve their problems?

The nazis, the Hutus – extreme hatred doesn’t happen over night. It’s a build up over a long period of time. It takes a small group of people who are able to influence others beliefs – ultimately to convince them that it’s good to eliminate another group.

This is happening in our country. Do you see it? Hear it? Feel it?

I thank God for Trump and the patriots.
