Californians for School Choice
http://www.californiaschoolchoice.org/
Dale Broome will be conducting a Zoom webinar entitled “Petition Signature Gathering Training” this Thursday, November 11th at 8:00 pm. All are encouraged to attend. The more trained supporters and volunteers we have out there collecting signatures, the faster we will reach the magic number of 1.5 Million!
Also, the clearer we all are on the process of gathering valid signatures, the less likely we’ll have signatures considered invalid and thrown out.
The zoom login information is below.

MEETING NOTES – NOV 7, 2021
Thank you to all who attended!
Our discussions were primarily around early home treatment, school shot mandates, and how to get our community involved in both.
EARLY HOME TREATMENT
While we question the origins of covid, as well as the data being shared and how it’s being managed, we know people who have been very ill and we want to help our community.
Early treatment is available!
Natural Remedies: https://tehamafreedom.org/covid/treatment/natural/
MANDATES
The shot has now been authorized for emergency use in children 5 to 11. The governor has instructed the state to include the shot as part of the next cycle of vaccines. That means our schools will likely start mandating it for the next semester (August for schools on a semester, March for schools on a trimester).
School boards & superintendents continue to push back on parents saying they cannot override the state orders. Parents need to show up to school boards and meet with superintendents to demand they take a stand.
There are school districts in California taking a stand. Happy Valley School District in Shasta County voted to not comply with any mandatory covid19 shot mandate. It can be done.
A parent from Sacred Heart school drafted a petition that was signed by 80% of the parents stating they reject the vaccine mandate. We will be drafting a letter for parents to sign for the other schools too.
Parents at the meeting want to help get parents to attend school board meetings.
UPCOMING MEETINGS & EVENTS
Come connect with other parents and educators looking to create co-ops. RSVP to 916-594-0023 if you are coming. Organized by @lindseygunsauls
Bring a sack lunch and join other parents in your school district to make plans to address the local school boards. (No speakers – just connecting with parents)
Let the board know you will not allow your child to get the shot. The public is allowed to comment (limited to 3 minutes each) at the beginning of the meeting.
Last year, businesses were shut down for months on end – leaving many to burn through savings or shut their doors altogether.
The shot has been killing and destroying lives – and yet we give it first to the elderly and now to children.
Employees have been disciplined or lost their jobs and students have been denied school for refusing it.
Election fraud has been well proven – it is clear the people making decisions for our country have not been chosen by We The People for decades.
The Jan 6 prisoners continue to be held without cause and are rumored to be tortured.
What will it take for people to get involved?
I keep hearing comments that I/we should separate from certain people who have been criticized publicly for speaking out.
These individuals have expressed their right to freedom of speech. Freedom. That word is in our name for a reason.
Unless their speech is threatening, bullying or incites violence, it is not only appropriate for us to side with these people – it’s literally our mission.
We are a Tehama County grassroots organization uniting citizens in the support and pursuit of individual freedom, liberty and sovereignty.
Our Mission Statement
The title of this post is a line from the movie Elizabethtown. Sometimes when people try to do some thing they believe in, opposition arises and tries to take them down. Sometimes it feels like a fiasco. But that doesn’t mean they’re wrong, it doesn’t mean they didn’t do the right thing.
There are people working hard to create division. Don’t let them win.
If you want to learn more about the direction of Tehama Citizens for Freedom – READ ABOUT US HERE (still in draft).
If you want to get involved – come to our meetings or EMAIL ME.
I just read an article written today that included some comments I made. As expected, my comments were sliced and diced. Not bad – just not complete.
The article had to do with our local teacher who wore a yellow Star of David to make the statement that the “unvaccinated” are being separated out and treated differently.
I get that people don’t see eye to eye on this issue – but rather than focusing on the issues, this journalist took the opportunity to note that Tehama County is “a conservative region that supported Donald Trump by a nearly 2-to-1 margin in the 2020 presidential election.
He also noted that certain conservative activists and politicians have drawn the same connections and shared a statement by an associate professor at Berkeley “Appropriating the profound trauma of Jewish history in order to make some political point is offensive and inexcusable.”
Here’s my problem – THIS IS NOT POLITICAL!!! At least not for us.
It’s disappointing that some continue to make it so. We aren’t saying we don’t want the shot because we don’t like liberals. We are saying we have legitimate concerns about the safety of the shot. Period.
Our concerns are not being addressed. Instead of validating the safety of the shot, we are getting more pressure, more coercion, more threats. I got news for ya – that’s not gone win us over!
People say trust the science. We do. What we have seen and read doesn’t support a safe & effective vaccine.
If you genuinely care about my health and you truly believe I should get the shot – convince me.
If you truly believe it is the right thing for all – prove that it’s safe and effective.
To do that, you also need to address the many doctors and scientists – experts in the field of virology and immunology – who are explaining their concerns about what the shot does, the adverse effects )up to and including death), and the increase in severe heart conditions, cancers, psychological conditions, etc. that have occurred in people who have gotten the shot.
You can learn more about all of this here: https://tehamafreedom.org/covid/shot/

Stacy Pearce is a teacher at Berrendos who is speaking out against mandates. She spoke at the Tehama County walkout rally Monday explaining that she is wearing a yellow star to school because those without the shot are being singled out and she is making the statement that it is unfair and unconstitutional.
She shared a video explaining this – and is being harshly criticized for it. One person shared her address, phone and where she works.
The school and local news are receiving emails and calls of complaints against Stacy – mainly from out of state numbers. I support her 100%.
She said nothing wrong. She is not saying we have it worse than the Jews or that their experience was minor. The holocaust was horrible. It started by singling them out. That’s her point. Those who have not gotten the shot are being singled out.
If you agree with Stacy’s message, please sign our support petition below. Please also contact the school: https://bms.antelopeschools.org/staff-directory/

Old Courthouse Lawn 11am – 1pm
We estimate 500 people came out to the old courthouse lawn today – we heard from school resources that approximately 2/3 of students were absent today.
Parents, students, teachers, and other community members shared their concerns about the mandates.
It’s not just the shot – we caved for masks, many are caving for testing – but that doesn’t mean we agree with those.
The fight doesn’t stop after today – whether you send your kids back to school or decide for other options, we encourage you to step up your communication with your school administrators and boards.
Go to the meetings, send emails, make phone calls.
Contact state and local elected officials – let them know how you feel.
We have links to school boards and government officials on the front page of our website.

Last night a young woman was brave enough to share that last year she had been angry with me over my stand on the mask mandates. She feels bad about that because she sees now that she was wrong.
She was scared. Mostly for her kids. She was terrified they would catch covid and die. Of course she was scared – THAT’S THE MESSAGE BEING SHOVED DOWN OUR THROATS!
This young woman has done absolutely nothing wrong. She was trying to protect her kids based on information from people she trusted.
This is brainwashing – absolutely. I would go so far as to say it is mentally and emotionally abusive. When someone you trust – in this case government representatives, public health officials, doctors, and school officials – give you false information designed to terrorize your emotions, THAT’S ABUSE.
Up until the last few weeks, the covid death rate was 2 deaths per million per day. That’s the same as the seasonal flu. It’s a little higher right now and we need to understand why.
They want us to believe it’s the unvaccinated – but that’s not true. Many of those who have been hospitalized or who have died are vaccinated.
The last we were told, 50% of those hospitalized were fully vaccinated. You aren’t considered fully vaccinated until 2 weeks after your 2nd shot (1st shot for a one shot dose).
Dr. Ryan Cole is an immunologist and virologist – one of the leading experts on this subject. He has been speaking out about how the shot works and his concerns about it.
In the video below, he states that scientist gave just the spike protein (without the virus) to otherwise healthy animals – many developed the same sickness as COVID19.
So if 50% of those hospitalized are fully vaccinated (I hate calling it that), how many of the other 50% have gotten one or both shots but aren’t considered fully vaccinated?
Are some of those people sick because of the shot?
We deserve answers to our questions. The experts speaking out against the shot need to be heard. You can find more of their videos here:
It is time to stop being a victim and start being a warrior.
It’s time to identify who our enemies are and take a stand against them.
It’s time to recognize others who are being victimized and help them out of that state of mind – with love and compassion.
If you are not yet in this fight and you want to be, but don’t know how – get in touch with me at shawn@tehamafreedom.org.
Let’s do this together.
The Board of Supervisors held interviews for the vacant District 1 Supervisor position on Tuesday, October 26th.
This position will be on the ballot in June. I believe several of the candidates are planning to run. If you are in District 1, I strongly recommend you watch the entire interview process to help you make a decision. You will learn a lot about the candidates.
The following applicants were invited to be interviewed:
You can read thier candidates statements here: Agenda Packet
The interview & selection process was awkward but certainly entertaining.
There is no formal process for how a supervisor gets appointed in situations like this. The only rule is that the supervisors must appoint a person within 90 days of the vacancy, if not, the governor appoints one.
None of us – or the supervisors – wanted that.
Ultimately our board agreed to run the position as a PT hire (which is ridiculous) and accept applications. They also allowed the administration (their staff) to select questions to ask during the interview process. The board was not allowed to ask their own questions.
They allowed public comment before the interview – which again, seems ridiculous. How can we comment if we haven’t heard their responses?
Overall, the questions were mostly from a staff perspective (something you’d ask an employee), not a public perspective and not from the supervisors perspective.
The Q&A happened – the supervisors took a “poll” – each writing down their 1st choice:
The vote requires a majority – so 3 votes to pass.
After some debate, which was largely focused on a statement from Mr. King that he had cleared 1 day a week for the job (Candy expressed her concern for that), Supervisor Garton moved to open public comment again.
It really is a FT job, and there were at least 4 other very good candidates.
Seeing they were at a stalemate, they sought direction from counsel, who stated that once they make a motion, they must make a decision or the selection moves to Newsom. She also stated they were allowed to make 3 motions.
So Dennis motioned to appoint Dr. King. Bob 2nd.
After what was a visibly difficult decision, Bob Williams spoke and said King was his #1 choice and he didn’t want to select his #2, but that his #2 would be Moule – so he suggested Candy motion again.
She did – Bob 2nd – chairman Garton directed staff to call the role (in reverse order of the motions) – she called Role to appoint Moule, Dennis, Candy & Bob all voted yes – John voted no. Moule is now District 1 Supervisor.

Last Christmas family get together was a covid spreader. Bad cold. Lost sense of taste for a week. Caught it early and took Passover protocol (high doses of Vit. A, C, D, zinc, etc) and used nebulizer with diluted hydrochloric acid, saline, and colloidal silver. Also took Ivermectin. Was over it in a couple of days but the cough hung around a while. Wife had a mild case as well. Kids did not get it. Parents got it, took the same stuff as us plus monoclonal antibodies and got over it pretty quickly as well. My sister has lupus and really struggled. Her health was not good and it took a long time to get better. She went to the hospital a couple of times to get oxygen.

Doctor and scientists are invited to sign the Global Covid Summit “Declaration” announced in Rome by Dr. Robert Malone:
https://doctorsandscientistsdeclaration.org/
We the physicians of the world, united and loyal to the Hippocratic Oath, recognizing the profession of medicine as we know it is at a crossroad, are compelled to declare the following;
WHEREAS, it is our utmost responsibility and duty to uphold and restore the dignity, integrity, art and science of medicine;
WHEREAS, there is an unprecedented assault on our ability to care for our patients;
WHEREAS, public policy makers have chosen to force a “one size fits all” treatment strategy, resulting in needless illness and death, rather than upholding fundamental concepts of the individualized, personalized approach to patient care which is proven to be safe and more effective;
WHEREAS, physicians and other health care providers working on the front lines, utilizing their knowledge of epidemiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology, are often first to identify new, potentially life saving treatments;
WHEREAS, physicians are increasingly being discouraged from engaging in open professional discourse and the exchange of ideas about new and emerging diseases, not only endangering the essence of the medical profession, but more importantly, more tragically, the lives of our patients;
WHEREAS, thousands of physicians are being prevented from providing treatment to their patients, as a result of barriers put up by pharmacies, hospitals, and public health agencies, rendering the vast majority of healthcare providers helpless to protect their patients in the face of disease. Physicians are now advising their patients to simply go home (allowing the virus to replicate) and return when their disease worsens, resulting in hundreds of thousands of unnecessary patient deaths, due to failure-to-treat;
WHEREAS, this is not medicine. This is not care. These policies may actually constitute crimes against humanity.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS:
RESOLVED, that the physician-patient relationship must be restored. The very heart of medicine is this relationship, which allows physicians to best understand their patients and their illnesses, to formulate treatments that give the best chance for success, while the patient is an active participant in their care.
RESOLVED, that the political intrusion into the practice of medicine and the physician/patient relationship must end. Physicians, and all health care providers, must be free to practice the art and science of medicine without fear of retribution, censorship, slander, or disciplinary action, including possible loss of licensure and hospital privileges, loss of insurance contracts and interference from government entities and organizations – which further prevent us from caring for patients in need. More than ever, the right and ability to exchange objective scientific findings, which further our understanding of disease, must be protected.
RESOLVED, that physicians must defend their right to prescribe treatment, observing the tenet FIRST, DO NO HARM. Physicians shall not be restricted from prescribing safe and effective treatments. These restrictions continue to cause unnecessary sickness and death. The rights of patients, after being fully informed about the risks and benefits of each option, must be restored to receive those treatments.
RESOLVED, that we invite physicians of the world and all health care providers to join us in this noble cause as we endeavor to restore trust, integrity and professionalism to the practice of medicine.
RESOLVED, that we invite the scientists of the world, who are skilled in biomedical research and uphold the highest ethical and moral standards, to insist on their ability to conduct and publish objective, empirical research without fear of reprisal upon their careers, reputations and livelihoods.

Keep that number in mind.
When a ballot is rejected by the scanner, a process is in place to duplicate that ballot (essentially someone copies the data directly to a new ballot). There should be 1 DUP (duplicate ballot) for every 1 DSD (damaged sent to duplication).

Attorney Matt DePerno Legal Opinion on how state can Decertify
Last week, one of our Supervisors read a letter by someone who noted that George Washington had required vaccination of military troops in 1777. At the time, 90% of deaths were caused by disease, mostly small pox.
Washington said “Necessity not only authorizes but seems to require the measure, for should the disorder infect the Army . . . we should have more to dread from it, than from the Sword of the Enemy.”
Makes sense doesn’t it? It seem logical that the same thought should apply to our present situation, correct?
Except…
I keep hearing people insist that mandatory vaccinations should be required. Those people have not bothered to hear our concerns or offer solutions.
Making snide comments on social media (or in a news column) or yelling at us from your car as you drive by will not bridge the gap.
We are willing to talk. Are you?
Feel encouraged to email shawn@tehamafreedom.org.
